This Weekly reporting template has been designed in response to the weekly reports requested by the office of the Directorate of Programme Delivery and Coordination. In addition to meeting management needs, including monitoring of project activities, the EID weekly reporting will be used in the compilation of quarterly and annual reports.

The submission requires reporting on project activities progress, internal and external meeting against plan, challenges faced, and any other information deemed relevant.

Please note that the form has been designed to reflect correlation with EID outputs as per the 2020 work-plan, if reporting on multiple outputs please make separate submissions for each output.
